Jim began his career as a Law Enforcement Officer with the Long Beach Police Department. After 24 years with the department, he retired as a Police Officer and started a second career in security sales. Taking a job with ADT Security Systems, Jim sold residential and commercial alarm systems in the Southwest for 15 years.
In 2019, Jim left ADT to retire, but that didn't last long. Instead, being not quite ready to slow down, Jim decided to use his many years of experience in sales combined with his familiarity with living in a manufactured home. He began selling for Sea Shell Mobile Homes in Lake Forest. Jim's wife, Debbie, soon joined him, and they have been working as a selling team ever since. They both live and work in Prothero Mobile Home Park in Lake Forest and are well-known in Prothero and other parks in Lake Forest, Laguna Hills, and Irvine.
In 2023, Jim and Debbie joined South Coast Mobile Homes, one of Orange County's Leading Mobile Home Dealerships, to continue helping their friends, neighbors, and new clients buy and sell mobile homes in South Orange County.
