After 26 years of working for Orange County Social Services, helping low-income residents access government programs and later becoming a staff trainer, Gina was able to retire and began caregiving for her parents. Although her parents keep her busy, she misses helping others attain their goals. With an enduring interest in real estate sales, she decided to pursue her lifelong dream of helping people find their perfect home. Being a long-time mobile home resident herself, Gina knows that mobile home living brings real benefits both financially and lifestyle-wise. Due to her great appreciation for mobile home living (she now owns two homes, one in Southern California and another in Rosarito, Mexico), she decided to focus her interest on helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals through mobile home ownership. Gina is friendly, helpful, and resourceful and looks forward to working with both buyers and sellers.
